My aim is to help people become more aware of their spirituality and frequencies infused in the jewellery, with love and intention. In this context, intent is the use of meditation, prayers and frequency, to help give the wearer positive energy and protection as they go about their day. I go through every effort to make sure all my gemstones, materials and charms are from sustainable sources, when possible. I also double-check my suppliers, so as much ethically sourced jewellery is in my store as possible.

Reiki
This is a form of hands on healing that originated in Japan by Dr Usui. There are millions of practitioners all around the world that practice Reiki. We can perform remote healing (distant healing) as long as we have permission from the person that's ill.
Spirit Guides are past souls that that have knowledge and wisdom to help you on your path. I often use my Reiki knowledge in conjunction with my craft, to create ethically sourced jewellery that is infused with the right frequency and energy.
Cleansing crystals
I use frequency music to cleanse crystals, tuning folks for frequency as well or Tibetan Buddhist Tingsha Bells for cleansing the energy or by using singning bowls at a particular frequency. Sound (frequency) is a very powerful tool, it is able to cleanse a crystal and infuse the crystal with the frequency required depending on the crystal will depend what you use it for. I will sometimes burn incense to cleanse a crystal if needed by using my intuition I will know which is needed.
Charging Crystals
How easily a crystal can be recharged often depends on how much the crystals have been exposed to.
However when there's a full moon, it's a good idea to leave the crystal jewellery in a window so the crystal can be charged overnight.

Black lava stones
ABSORBS ESSENTIAL OILS
These are a type of igneous rock, formed when incredibly hot liquid lava solidifies. Easily identifiable by dimpled surface holes and bubble textures, lava beads are extremely lightweight and have a rough ceramic-style finish. Putting a few drops of essential oil on the lava stone will enhance healing.

Cleaning - Black Obsidian can be easily cleaned: put the bracelet in a glass of cold water, then drain away the water and sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt over each crystal, massaging them a little. Rinse away and dry off with a cloth.

Tips and hints when taking care of silver bracelets.
• To avoid snagging clothing I would recommend putting your jewellery on after clothing.
• When putting bracelets on and off, roll them on/off separately to avoid over-stretching the elastic.
• Avoid spraying perfume products or chemicals on your jewellery (creams and lotions).
• Remove jewellery before going into water.
To keep your silver looking shiny, I recommend using a silver polish cloth to remove tarnishes. Keep your jewellery in an airtight box or bag when you're not wearing it.
