Restringing Bracelets 

Over time your our gorgeous bracelets may stretch, check it from time to time, as it may need to be restrung. Restringing bracelets will be £5 (plus p&p), please contact me by email to arrange.

Any jewellery returned for restringing is done at your own risk. I would recommend having proof of postage or tracking service.

Repairing 

All jewellery is handmade with intention and love, there will be a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. It covers any faults, but not accidental damage/breakage. Items out of warranty can be repaired for a small fee, please contact me to arrange. Any jewellery returned for repair is done at your own risk. I would recommend getting proof of postage or tracking service.

Delivery and packaging 

All jewellery is individually wrapped, and put in a pillow box, with a bow tied around it.

All boxes are eco-friendly and kind to the environment.
